| Introduction |
 Upon
Bulgaria’s
accession to the European Union (EU), Bulgarian citizens have been
given, subject to conditions, the right to seek employment, pursue professions,
including regulated ones, provide services and start business in any
other Member State, as well as in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
and Switzerland.
The recognition of diplomas, certificates and vocational qualifications is a key factor which facilitates people’s access to and mobility in the labour market. |
